The following are the Terms and Conditions applicable in respect of the Business Flexi M (“the Bundle “) being provided to customers (“the Customer”) by Melita Limited (“Melita”). By partaking in this Bundle, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions.   1. This Bundle shall commence on the 1st March 2024 and will continue thereafter unless and until the Bundle is terminated by Melita.
  2. The Bundle shall be available to new and existing Customers who would like to enter into a new 24 Month Term agreement. The Customer agrees to enter into an agreement with Melita for TV, Internet, and Fixed Telephony services (“the Services”) for a minimum twenty-four (24) Month Term or on a month-on-month basis at an additional monthly cost of €10. Residential customers are not eligible for this Bundle.
  3. Upon subscribing to the Bundle a Customer shall benefit from the following:

    A television subscription depending on Customer’s choice of channel packages; A fixed internet connection depending on Customer’s choice of connectivity speed; and Business Unlimited Malta Fixed Telephony with unlimited calls to local fixed and mobile numbers. Standard telephony charges shall apply with regards to international calls and premium rated services as published on the Melita Website.

  4. The applicable Monthly Access Fee excludes VAT and any other applicable taxes.
  5. Customers subscribing to this Bundle may avail of the following add ons at an additional monthly fee:

    1. Stellar Wi-Fi service;
    2. Static IP address; and
    3. International Minutes add-ons. The extra charge for these International Minutes will depend on the particular add-on. Should the Customer decide to unsubscribe to such add-on Customer will lose all related benefits such as remaining credit balance etc.
  6. Customers subscribed to this Bundle may at any point in time opt to upgrade their TV service to TV NexTV L HD or TV NexTV XL HD, or add Sports Premium at an additional monthly fee.
  7. The TV service may be availed of by simply downloading the Android NexTV application through Play Store. Customers may choose to avail of the TV Service by using Equipment provided by Melita at an additional monthly fee. The accessible Service content differs depending on whether Customer chooses the Equipment or the application. The full channel line-up of both services is available here
  8. Customers subscribed to this Bundle may at any point in time opt to upgrade their Internet service to the following:

    • an internet connection with 1000Mbps download and 50Mbps upload; or
    • an internet connection with 1000Mbps download and 100Mbps upload
  9. Customers who are interested in subscribing to the Bundle may opt to subscribe to a higher package from the following Flexi Bundles: XL and XXL.
  10. All connection, delivery and/or installation charges, shall be at the Customers sole expense. All charges shall be due as of the date that the service is installed/activated. Any connection, delivery, installation and/or administrative charge that may be applicable should the Customer wish to subscribe/upgrade, or in the case of a downgrade, to downgrade to his original subscription, shall be borne by Customer.
  11. The Bundle shall only be available on the same account and may not be transferred. Customer subscribed to this Bundle must remain subscribed to the Services throughout the Term. If the Customer terminates or disconnects the Bundle, Clause 10 of the Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply. Melita reserves the right to monitor, and control data volume and/or types of traffic transmitted via your service in the event your use of the service risks degradation of service levels to other customers, puts our system at risk, is not in keeping with the Acceptable Usage Policy and/or does not comply with your Agreement and Melita’s Traffic Management Policy. During any time of reduction, suspension or restriction you will remain liable for the payment of your monthly service charge.
  12. When subscribed to an unlimited service Melita will not limit your bandwidth or set monthly thresholds, your service will remain unlimited. Nevertheless, your use of the service is subject to your using it for private, personal and legitimate consumer purposes. You should not use the service in an illegal manner causing congestion and threats to the security of the network. Should such a situation arise Melita will not apply restrictions to your download capacity, but will first make reasonable efforts to contact you.
  13. These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the Standard Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”), Conditions of Service, Fixed Telephony Standard Terms and Conditions, and any other applicable terms and conditions. Access to the terms and conditions specific to a particular promotion or offer is available by visiting www.melita.com.
  14. Melita shall have the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving you 30 days written notice of such amendments and such amendments shall automatically become part of these Terms and Conditions at the end of the said notice period. If you do not accept any such amendments, you have the right to migrate on to a different package or terminate the service without incurring any penalty during the 30 day notice period. Your continued usage of our service beyond this notice period will be deemed your acceptance of the changes.
