This competition is owned and operated by Melita Limited and Smart Technologies Limited jointly operating under the name Smart Cloud (“Smart Cloud”).
Entrants must be at least 18 years old and residents of Malta. Employees of Melita Limited and Smart Technologies Limited, as well as their family members, may not participate in this Competition.
To participate in the competition, simply scan the QR code or leave your business card in the bowl located at the Smart Cloud stand at the EY Engage 2024 event. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The prize will be a weekend break for two at InterContinental Malta. The prize may be redeemed within the period specified on the voucher, subject to availability.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed administered by, or associated with the event organisers of EY Engage 2024.
Smart Cloud reserves the right to disqualify participants in the case of deliberate abuse and/or misuse of this competition.
By participating in this competition, you are consenting to the processing of personal data by Smart Cloud in accordance with its 7. Privacy Policy, which complies with Data Protection Legislation.
Smart Cloud reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue, the competition at any time by giving immediate notice to the public via the 8. Smart Cloud website
The competition closes on Friday 21st June 2024.
The winner will be notified via email by 30th June 2024. Should the winner not collect the prize within two weeks following notification they shall forfeit his prize. Upon collection of the prize, photos of the winner will be taken which will be then shared on the website and social media of Smart Cloud.
The prize is as stated and no cash alternative will be offered. Prize is not transferable.
Smart Cloud will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by any entrant resulting from or in connection with the competition or the use of any prize.
This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
