Why am I unable to receive incoming calls?
- Firstly, make sure that your telephone set is connected to the port ‘TEL 1’ on the modem.
- Make sure any call forwarding is disabled; check this link if you need help: ‘How can I de-activate call forwarding?’
- Call your number from a different phone to see if it rings. If it doesn’t, go to ‘Why don’t I have a telephony line?’
- If no call forwarding is active, and you have followed all the steps above but are still unable to receive calls, please contact us.
