Call Forwarding

This feature forwards incoming calls to a number of your choice. This feature is free, but calls can be at a charge depending on your telephone plan.

To activate:

All calls: Pick up the phone, press *82 and dial the number you want to forward your calls to.
Calls when busy: Pick up the phone, press *83 and dial the number you want to forward your calls to.

Calls when there is no answer: Pick up the phone, press *84 and dial the number you want to forward your calls to Wait until you hear a confirmation. If you wish to change the ‘forwarded to’ number, repeat the steps above, dialling in the new number.

To cancel:

To de-activate all calls pick up the phone and press #82
To de-activate when busy pick up the phone and press #83
To de-activate the unanswered calls pick up the phone and press #84
Wait till the setting is confirmed

Important to note that #82 will not deactivate call forwarding for unanswered calls and call forwarding on busy so it is important that the process above is followed.
