Why can’t I send SMS messages?

If you’re not able to send SMS messages, start by checking the below.

• Check that you have reception signal
• If you have a standard pre-paid subscription, check that you have enough credit by dialling *121#
• In Settings, check that the message centre number is correct (+35677794022)
