I am not receiving any calls

If your phone isn’t receiving calls:

• In Settings, check that no settings such as Flight Mode, Call Barring and Do Not Disturb are active.  If any are active, switch these off if you wish to receive calls.
• Check that you have mobile coverage – you can do this by checking the icon at the top of your screen
