How to suspend Melita services via MyMelita
To be able to temporarily suspend your account on MyMelita, follow the step-by-step guide below. Please note that when suspending the service temporarily, a 5 euro charge per month applies:
- Log in to MyMelita using your email and password.
- Select the ‘Terminate/Suspend Your Account’ option from the main menu.
- Choose ‘Temporary Suspension’ and select ‘Yes.’
- Pick the termination date, and resume date, and then press ‘Continue.’
- If there are any charges, we will notify you with a popup message.
- A ticket will be created, and we will contact you accordingly.
