Credit Bank Transfer Form

If you have decided to terminate and need to get a refund, please fill in this form and email it to the  customer care team. It Is important to attach a copy of the identification document registered on the account. 

Please find the eligibility criteria below: 

  • The account must be terminated 
  • All equipment must be returned beforehand 
  • All invoices have been issued and paid, including the last invoice after the termination

A €5 administration charge will be applied to all credit refunds, whether processed through bank transfer, cheque, or cash.
